Cartova is the service and product brand. The licensed business identified above is the contracting digital merchant.

Cartova sells downloadable, print-ready PNG map artwork. No framed poster, print, or other physical product is shipped. A product is delivered through a private download link after Ziina confirms payment.

Preview images may be reduced in size or quality. Colours can vary between screens, printers, inks, and paper. Map data and place labels can contain omissions or changes; customers should review custom labels before checkout.

• Prices and the final order total are displayed in USD before payment.
• Ziina hosts and processes the payment page. Cartova does not receive or store full card details.
• By selecting the acceptance box and continuing to payment, the customer agrees to these terms, the Privacy Notice, and the Refund Policy.
• An order is accepted only after payment is verified. A redirect or browser message by itself is not proof of payment.
• A dated digital purchase receipt and private download link are sent to the checkout email.

Ready-made files should become available shortly after verified payment. Custom generation can take longer. If access is not provided, the customer may use order recovery or contact support. The remedies in the Refund Policy apply to failed or defective delivery.

After payment, Cartova grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download the purchased file and make prints for personal, household, or gift use.

The customer may not resell or redistribute the digital file, sell prints made from it, sublicense it, claim the design as their own, use it as a logo or trademark, remove attribution, or use automated means to extract or reproduce the underlying map data without written permission.

Cartova’s software, visual themes, layout, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and is made available under the Open Database Licence. The OpenStreetMap attribution on the artwork must remain readable when the customer displays or prints it.

OpenStreetMap copyright and licence information

The customer is responsible for custom text and selections they submit and confirms they have the right to use them. Cartova may reject unlawful, abusive, infringing, or technically harmful requests. Rate limits and fair-use protections may be applied to keep the service reliable.

The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes a remedy, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under UAE law.

Cartova will provide the purchased service with reasonable care and will re-perform, replace, or refund a defective or undelivered service where required. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cartova is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was made. This does not limit liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Customers should contact the support address published on this site first so a complaint can be resolved promptly. A customer may also use the competent UAE consumer-protection channel, and any mandatory consumer forum remains available.
